After a lead is referred back to us, it goes into the hands of our Agent Matching Specialist team. This team will research the top agents in our network who they deem to be the best fit for this particular referral. Once they find an agent who is ideally qualified and confirm their availability, they assign the lead to said agent. We are in touch with the agent and the lead throughout the process and will provide you with status updates through the close of escrow.

 If you refer a lead that has already gone through Agentology’s concierges, that means we’ve already been in contact with that lead. If the new assigned agent can’t get a hold of them, then Agentology will keep trying them by phone/email/text forever until we get a response.
If you refer a “Raw Lead” that has yet to go through Agentology’s concierges, then we will try them by phone/text/ and email periodically for several weeks. If they are unresponsive after in that time span, we put them in an email nurture campaign that lasts indefinitely (until they opt out).

We will send you a check after we receive the full referral fee from the assigned agent. We are typically paid within 10 days of the close of escrow however we are always in contact with the assigned agent if there are any delays. As soon as we receive the referral fee we’ll send you an email letting you know that your check is on the way.

The Receiving Brokerage pays Agentology a 35% referral fee: 25% goes to you, 10% goes to Agentology for managing the process from start to finish. In that capacity, we are additionally motivated to connect your referral with the best agent possible who will maximize it’s chances of getting to the closing table.

Once we’ve referred the client to one of our partner brokers on the ground, it’s too late to cancel. However, the client can always choose not to work with our recommended broker. If we haven’t yet qualified the client for referral, you can still cancel – simply email concierge@agentology.com to do so

No, we simply make an introduction and a recommendation for your referral. If the client feels that they don’t wish to work with our recommended agent, we can make another introduction if the client chooses, or they can find an agent elsewhere on their own.

You can refer all types of leads to us. Leads that have already passed through Agentology’s concierges as well as new leads that have not been screened yet. If a lead has already been screened, we will assign it right away to one of the top agents in our network. If it has not been screened yet, it will go into the hands of our concierges who will start engaging them right away.

Agentology keeps track of the referral throughout the process by staying in contact with both the agent and the lead. Every time there is an important update and a “Status Update” is logged by the agent, you will receive an email containing the update. If we see that a lead hasn’t been updated in some time, we will check in with the agent and send them reminders to log in and update us.

Per our master referral agreement: if the lead buys a property after selling, we will collect a referral fee on both transactions as well as any other transactions made within 2 years of receiving the referral.
