We are currently looking to fill numerous Customer Service Positions in our Lead Department. These positions are full time positions which will include working one weekend day per week. The schedules that we are looking to fill are Tuesday-Saturday 6am-3pm and Sunday-Thursday 6am-3pm. Hours may be flexible.

Job Summary: Provides SMS/Email and phone support (i.e. answering questions, explaining our service, etc.) to potential home buyers and sellers with professionalism and courtesy.

Essential Job Functions:
Use question and listening skills that support effective client communication (mainly via sms/email) Strong data entry and lead management skills. Document all communication according to standard operating procedures. Thoroughly follows standards and procedures, performing duties with integrity. Displays a team-minded attitude with the ability to adapt and help where needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be Tech savvy
  • 2 year degree or 2 years comparable experience preferred
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of computer systems, Salesforce a plus
  • Multi-tasking/Problem Solving
  • Organizational skills and time management
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Real estate knowledge and/or license is a bonus
  • Bi-lingual is also a plus

Abilities Required: Ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended period of time

Compensation: Approx. $16 per hour or based on experience.
No benefits are provided at this time, but will be available within the year.

  • Communicates directly with agents, providing thorough onboarding of each new agent
  • Receives all media inquiries and directs them to correct department
  • Manages surveys and reviews of prospects and agents

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 year degree or 2 years comparable experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with different internet platforms and softwares
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of SalesForce; Reports, System Admin
  • Problem Solving

  • Ability to work independently, utilizing resources to produce quality work according to specifications
  • Real estate knowledge and/or license is a bonus

Agentology offers lead generation and lead conversion services to real estate agents throughout 45 states.

Your role as an Account Manager will be to support the sales effort of our Account Executives. Come grow with our team. The opportunity is unlimited!

Job Description: This is an Account Manager position for a well spoken, motivated, and detailed person. In this role, you will learn how to prospect and set appointments in an effort to support the Account Executives. Your duties will include managing email campaigns, updating CRM data, setting appointments, and managing follow-up. You will also respond to telephone inquires where you will communicate the company’s value proposition and introduce real estate agents to Agentology in order to set a sales appointment for the Account Executive.During your training, you will have access to recorded phone calls where you will learn the techniques and the language involved to schedule and convert more appointments. You will also learn how we use SalesForce as well as our other internal systems. After mastery of this role, you may will be eligible to move into an Account Executive role based on your success as a Account Manager.

In this role, you will follow up on, develop and close appointments with leads that your Account Manager has prospected and scheduled for you.
