This time last year, we were celebrating our accomplishments and jumping with unbounded joy over making the Top 150 Fastest Growing Private Companies list! We were ecstatic, and yet filled with disbelief that we made #17 on the list.
This time? Well…
We landed at #6!!!
Additionally, the wonderful people at the San Diego Business Journal further commemorated this accomplishment by featuring Agentology in a video expose (see above). It delves into the incredible 572% revenue growth we’ve experienced over the course of 2 years, as well as the culture, innovation, and passion that made it all possible.
We’re immensely honored to be recognized by San Diego Business Journal, and to be in a class of other wildly successful companies. However, we’re just getting started. As we speak, we’re already innovating and refining the way we serve our agents, and are excited for what the future holds for Agentology.

It is the honor of my life to lead such a hard working, passionate, fun, and loving group of people, and to have their trust to guide the ship. We have ambitious plans, and the wind isn’t always behind our back, but the reason I am able to set the sails and continue pushing toward our goals is only made possible by the talented, smart, and thoughtful people who are on board with me.
In the past 2 years we’ve grown from 8 people to over 50. What has amazed me most throughout this rapid growth is how close our group is. We call it our Agentolofamily. Nothing makes me happier than to see Facebook posts of our team members hanging out after hours, and even traveling together as friends.
Our team even looks forward to Mondays! (yes, you read that right). On Friday, we’re shouting “Only 3 more days!” at the office. I’ve never had more fun and been more proud of our team, and I thank them for this award and for allowing me the great honor to lead them.

He also created the NRT Full Service Marketing System, three major marketing systems for Better Homes and Gardens, and helped develop the Real Estate Move-Up System & Real Estate Financial Planning System.
In addition, Allan co-created Century 21’s Customized Marketing System & Career Development System, as well as ERA’s Value Added Marketing System & Added Value Career Development Book.
He was even a draft choice for the Boston Celtics!
Allan’s emphasis on brand, marketing, and product fit make him a great addition to our team. Most importantly, Allan is a straight shooter, honest as can be, and a great team player. We’re excited (and fortunate) to have his talents, brains, and experience at Agentology to help our agents find success in today’s internet driven world and solve for the greatest inefficiencies in the real estate industry.
When I submitted Agentology’s name for the San Diego Business Journal’s (SDBJ) Fastest Growing Companies award, I’ll admit, I knew we were going to make the list.
What I didn’t know was:
A) So many companies entered that the SDBJ had to increase the number of finalists to 150 (instead of the 100 it had been in previous years).
B) They were going to do an actual countdown of the fastest growing companies based on their financials (not where they land in the alphabet).
I realized B (above) after the first 2 pages revealing companies #150-141 and #140-131 had passed without Agentology’s name on them. Avi and I started to really get pumped. The next thing we know we are looking at #50-41, #40-31, #30-21… still no Agentology. All of a sudden, the lights dimmed and the anticipation grew as the hosts prepared to announce the TOP 20 Fastest Growing Companies in San Diego and then… BOOM!
How exciting to see your company’s logo largely displayed for some of the most well respected and successful business owners in San Diego to see!
The best part? Knowing next year Agentology will be returning as #1.
